ASSET RIGHTS
In the agreement below, 'Supplier' is Visit Kent and 'Assets' are imagery, video content, toolkits and other material on this website which are offered for the purposes of reproduction.
Assets and Links on this Hub are supplied free of charge to businesses, enterprises and similar companies who wish to promote Kent, whether this be by tourism or for areas such as recruitment.
By downloading or using any assets supplied by the Supplier, you will not use them in a defamatory way or place Kent in a negative light.
Any assets which are downloaded are on loan and no rights or copyright in any assets pass on to the downloadee.
a) Any reproduction rights granted are by way of licence and no partial or other assignment of copyright shall be implied
b) The customer agrees to indemnify the Supplier in respect of any claims or damages or any loss or costs arising in any manner from the reproduction without proper reproduction rights of any picture supplied to the customer by the Supplier
Any assets you download are for private and public commercial use, and not for resale or any other products beyond the promotion of Kent by your business. The images must not be shared or lent to other third parties.
Where possible, Assets must be credited as located in 'Kent' and if applicable to images the specific 'Business' or 'Town', 'District'.
With the UGC content supplied on this page, the credit should be of the Instagram handle/ photographer.
USAGE OF THE HUB
When signing up to the Hub, Users must detail which company they are working for and state why they should become an authorised user. This information will be used solely to ensure the Assets are being used correctly. Any login details must only be used by the person who creates them. Any copyright infringements the Downloadee incurs while using the Assets from third parties using your login details, with or without your permission will be your responsibility.

Visit Kent is protected under trademark and the names, logos, patents, IP rights from our site and content are the property of Visit Kent.
